Tyler Okuns is a NewYork based stylist and consultant, who is influenced by her unique upbringing and heritage. Born in Jamaica, Queens New York to a Jamaican mother and Nigerian father. She grew up in San Bernardino, California. At the age of seventeen, she left California for New York to attended LIM College. Graduating with a Bachelors in Fashion Merchandising as well as having editorial experience working at publications and companies such as: Marie Claire, Nylon, Elle, V Magazine and Marc Jacobs.
Shortly after graduating, she landed a market position at Allure magazine for two and a half years before becoming a freelance stylist. She specializes in fashion styling, wardrobe consulting as well as ready-to-wear and accessories market research and creative direction. Tyler has worked on editorials, branded content photoshoots, performances (Live + music videos), e-commerce, campaigns, as well as with VIP clients.
